Full Assessment

Full Assessments are typically a combination of visual observations and electrical measurements.  They are designed to verify the proper functionality of equipment and supplies that are used in the ESD control process.

Electrical checks and measurements include:

Work surface resistance and resistance to ground
Personnel grounding devices (wrist strap assemblies, heel grounders, ESD footwear, continuous monitors)
Ground receptacles and Common Point grounds
Facilities used to store ESD sensitive products
Mobile transport facilities (carts and trolleys)
Tote boxes
Balance and decay of ionization equipment
Smocks and chairs, where applicable
Charges on insulators
ESD flooring surface resistance and resistance to ground

Full Assessments include a detailed report, executive summary, conclusions, and recommendations.
